We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on UrbanThrive.in. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

Product Exchange

 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for a new one. To be eligible for an exchange:

•The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

•The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

•Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

•Once the exchange is accepted the order will be delivered in next 4-10 days.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Shipping for Exchanges

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
