  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to product condition and eligibility.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Some products (e.g., innerwear, custom orders, sale items) may not be eligible for return.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
